Project overview

The project involved the construction of a new memorial garden featuring hard landscaping and a freestanding serpentine wall. Foundations and footings were formed in reinforced concrete.

The new wall incorporated integrated bench seating with stone capping. The scheme also included car park enlargement and refurbishment of the flower court, with granite sets and resin-bonded surfacing.

This was a highly complex and sensitive project. Site conditions required meticulous scheduling to avoid disruption to funeral services. The site team responded with flexibility and careful planning to keep the programme on track while maintaining the dignity of the setting.
