The contract involved repairs and restoration to the external elevations of a Grade 2 listed building. Due to the nature of the property, sections of oak timber were replaced to match the existing.
Between the beams, lime render infill panels required extensive re-rendering. Further external works included repairing chimney stacks using lime mortar, overhauling the Kent peg roof, and restoring timber windows and doors.
Internally, we converted an existing kitchen and WC into a new first-floor office space. These specialized works ensured the preservation of this significant historic building. Our experience with Grade II listed properties is a core part of our heritage renovation services. You can learn more about our commitment to quality craftsmanship on our about page.
