Brighter Homes delivered a comprehensive mixed-use conversion project in Whitstable, transforming the building to maximise both commercial and residential use.

The ground floor commercial unit was fully refitted to accommodate a new tenant, while the first floor and roof space were converted and extended to create modern residential accommodation.

At the rear of the plot, the team constructed a brand-new one-bedroom house featuring a private roof terrace, external rear staircase, generous roof lights to the rear and side, and an attractive bay window to the front.
