Brighter Homes oversaw an extensive and sensitive restoration of a traditional farmhouse in Sellindge, addressing both structural issues and complete internal modernisation while retaining the building’s heritage character.

The project began with underpinning to stabilise foundations. Structural alterations were carried out in the kitchen to create new utility spaces. The team installed bespoke joinery, alongside a full internal refurbishment that incorporated heritage-appropriate damp-proofing solutions.

Finishing touches included complete re-decoration, new doors and windows, and bespoke internal joinery — resulting in a beautifully restored farmhouse that blends historical integrity with modern comfort. This project is a showcase of our expertise in high-end property restorations and luxury bathroom and kitchen installations.

"A huge thanks to you and the team for all you’ve done. It’s really been a pleasure and I’m sure not many people can say that after a project like this!"
