This project involved a large two-storey rear extension combined with a full internal refurbishment, transforming the property into a modern and spacious family home.

The extension provided significant additional living space, carefully integrated with the existing building to ensure a seamless finish.

Alongside this, a full refurbishment of three bathrooms and ensuites was undertaken, delivering high-quality fittings and a fresh, contemporary feel throughout.

External works included comprehensive garden landscaping, with the installation of a large wrap-around sandstone patio, steps and planters to create a welcoming outdoor area. The driveway was also replaced to improve both appearance and practicality.

As part of the upgrade, all external joinery was replaced with high-performance triple-glazed timber units, improving thermal efficiency and security.

The project was completed with a full internal and external redecoration, giving the home a clean, cohesive finish.
