This project involved a large two-storey rear extension combined with a full internal refurbishment, transforming the property into a modern and spacious family home. It perfectly illustrates our integrated approach to property refurbishments, where we handle every detail from structure to finish.

The extension provided significant additional living space. Alongside this, a full refurbishment of three bathrooms and ensuites was undertaken. External works included comprehensive garden landscaping and paving, with a wrap-around sandstone patio. The driveway was also replaced, and all external joinery was upgraded to triple-glazed units.
