Brighter Homes carried out a comprehensive roof replacement for a commercial warehouse unit, ensuring the building was made safe, weather-tight, and energy efficient.

The project began with the erection of full scaffolding around all elevations, followed by the installation of internal safety debris netting to protect the working environment. The existing corrugated asbestos roof sheets were carefully removed and disposed of in accordance with regulations.

New Kingspan insulated roof panels were then supplied and installed, significantly improving the building’s thermal performance. To complete the works, the perimeter concrete guttering was re-lined and all downpipes were replaced.
